PixelCam™ Multispectral Snapshot Camera
2/20/2013
PixelCam™ multispectral cameras are ideal for applications involving aerial surveillance mapping, precision agriculture, biomedical imaging, machine vision, and authentication. The camera, or its multispectral sensor, can also be customized for integration into OEM products.
PixelCam™ multispectral cameras provide live imaging of 3-9 spectral bands at video rates. Simultaneous multi-channel “snapshot” acquisition delivers rich, real-time data without scene change or pixel shift. Custom dichroic filter arrays are integrated into the focal plane array at wafer-level to create robust linear and area sensors that extract high-contrast spectral information at specific visible and infrared wavelengths. This breakthrough technology enables easy integration into handheld, mobile and aerial cameras – all with the same frame rate, size, weight, and power consumption as monochrome cameras.

Mil-Rugged-High Resolution Snapshot SWIR Camera: 1280JS
9/5/2012
Sensors Unlimited - UTC Aerospace Systems introduces its compact next generation J-Series SWIR digital video camera. It features a 1.3MP high-resolution, high-sensitivity InGaAs imager with a new snapshot mode capability. The 1280JS camera is lightweight (less than 120 grams or 4 ounces without lens) and compact (less than 4.5 cubic inches or 74 cubic centimeters), allowing for easy integration into aerial, mobile and hand-held imaging systems. It provides real-time daylight to low-light imaging (including partial moonlight) in the SWIR with high sensitivity in the 0.9 to 1.7 µm spectrum for persistent surveillance, laser detection, and penetration through fog, dust, and smoke. Optional NIR/SWIR technology is available to extend the sensitivity of Sensors Unlimited cameras down to 0.7 μm, offering the advantage of both Near Infrared (NIR) and SWIR wavelength response.

Rubidium Frequency Standard: RFS-10
4/2/2012
The Excelitas Model RFS-10 Rubidium Frequency Standard is a miniature MIL-Spec rubidium gas cell atomic frequency standard with a standard size and interface. This advanced design of atomic clock features rugged construction, modular design and low operating power (12 Watts). The physics package, about the size and shape of a "D" flashlight battery, employs separate filter and absorption cells for high performance and high tolerance under adverse environmental effects. Warm-up time at 25°C is less than 5 minutes to reach ±2x10-10 of final frequency. The unit is small in size, light in weight, and utilizes avionics grade MIL components. The RFS-10 is designed to meet the most demanding of military frequency standard requirements.
