  1. High Precision Nanopositioning Systems: Nano-MET Series

    The Nano-MET series of nanopositioning systems have been designed to provide picometer positioning resolution for metrology, AFM, and SPM applications. Three models are available in the series with variations in configuration, size, noise floor, response time, and more.

  2. Nanopositioner Focusing Elements: Nano-F Series

    The Nano-F Series by Mad City Labs are nanopositioner focusing elements for applications involving confocal imaging, auto focusing, STORM imaging, and PALM imaging. They offer 100 or 200 microns of travel and are operable as standalone focusing elements or with other Mad City Labs’ nanopositioning stages.

  3. High Precision Positioning: MMP Series

    Mad City Labs’ MMP series of positioners have a 25mm range of motion and are available in 1, 2, or 3-axis configurations. They feature optical encoders with 50nm resolution, proprietary intelligent control for stability, nanopositioner compatibility, and high native precision and accuracy.

  4. Precision Linear Stage: M-417

    The M-417 linear stage offers precision positioning for the scientific and industrial marketplaces, particularly in applications that call for high duty cycles. It offers velocity to 100 mm/s, low crosstalk with +100 µrad over the 500mm travel range, 0.5 µm design resolution, and minimal incremental motion to 0.5 µm.

  5. High-Load Hexapod for Precise and Repeatable Positioning: H-850KLMD

    PI’s H-850KMLD is a positioning hexapod with a load capacity to 500 kg and travel ranges to 100 mm/60o. It’s ideal for optics alignment, aerospace applications, semiconductor manufacturing, astronomical telescopes, high energy physics, satellite antenna alignment, medical tumor treatment, and other positioning application that call for a minimal incremental motion of 1µm (X, Y) or 0.5µm (Z).

  6. Miniature Piezo Positioning Stage: LPS-22

    This miniature piezo positioning stage is available in sizes from 22 x 22 x 10 mm and offers 1/4” to 1” travel. It's driven by a compact piezo inertia motor, and open-loop and encoder equipped versions enabling 1nm resolution are available.

  7. Linear Stages: LS Series

    ASI’s LS series of linear stages features three models with 50, 100, and 200 mm travel ranges. Each stage has less than 0.1µm resolution (10 nm with linear encoder), less than 0.7µm RMS repeatability (200 nm with linear encoder), 0.25 µm per mm accuracy (+3 µm per length of scale with linear encoder), and 7 mm/sec maximum velocity.

  8. Fast Piezo Objective Mover (f-POM)

    ASI’s f-POM is a piezo objective mover ideal for use with custom microscopes. It provides high-speed/large load and long-travel operation (150 µm, µ300 m, and 500 µm available) and measures in at 102mm x 60mm x 20mm.

  9. LPS-24 Linear Translation Stage Driven by Miniature Piezo Nanopositioning Motor

    This miniature positioning stage uses the NEXACT® high-resolution piezoelectric linear drive. The result is a compact stage (only 24 mm width) with a holding force of up to 5 N, a less than 1 nm resolution nanostepping mode, constant velocity motion, and a long lifetime.

  10. N-470 Piezoelectric Replacement Actuator for Optomechanical Systems

    PI’s N-470  is a Piezoelectric replacement actuator for optomechanical systems. It features minimum dimensions, greater than 100 N holding force, stable positioning, a 7.4 mm travel range, a 22 N feed force, and a 30 nm step size. It’s self-locking and generates no heat at rest.
