The inclusion of PicoQ® sensor technology provides absolute, repeatable position measurement under closed loop control. The ultra-low noise floor and the high resonant frequency of the Z-axis makes it ideal for high speed performance. The Nano-HS3M has been used as a tip scanner for Mad City Labs AFM.
