  1. High-Speed Science-Grade Camera: FLIR X8500sc Models

    FLIR offers the X8500sc as its new high-sensitivity, high-speed MWIR camera and LWIR camera for science and R&D applications. The X8500sc MWIR features a FLIR indium antimonide (InSb) detector, while the X8500sc SLS LWIR features a strained layer superlattice (SLS) detector. With 1280 x 1024 resolution, fast frame rates, and RAM/SSD recording, this camera allows for full imaging of the scene and stop motion on high speed events both in the lab or on the test range.

  2. Cooled Mid-wave Infrared Camera: Tigris-640

    The Tigris-640 from Xenics is a cooled mid-wave infrared (MWIR) camera with a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and a pixel pitch of 15 µm that is ideally used for bio-medical, industrial process monitoring, non-destructive testing, MWIR R&D, and thermography applications. Interfacing is done with the GigE Vision or CameraLink output, but analog out, HD-SDI, and triggering are also available.
