High Performance, Compact InGaAs SWIR Cameras: Bobcat 320 Series
1/29/2016
Bobcat-320: Affordable SWIR camera targets cost-sensitive markets.
The new Bobcat-320-Series from Xenics is made up of 3 high performance, compact SWIR cameras. All 3 versions are equipped with the same sensor. This in-house developed InGaAs detector is sensitive from 0.9 – 1.7 µm, has a resolution of 320 x 256 pixels and a 20 µm pixel pitch. Due to its thermoelectric cooler low noise and dark current values are easily achieved which result in an excellent image quality. The cameras are equipped with a GigE Vision or a CameraLink interface and are available in 3 versions:
- a basic 100 Hz version
- an advanced 400 Hz version
- a special gated imaging version
