Opto Diode’s SXUV300C is a photodiode with a 331 mm2 active area and the ability to detect energy from UV wavelengths of 1 nm to 1000 nm. It’s been designed to maximize measurement repeatability and reliability in new or existing high-powered UV laser monitoring systems.

Its 331 mm2 active area provides a sizable surface for the reflective scatter measurements of high-powered UV lasers. Specifications include:

  • Shunt Resistance, Rsh: @+10 mV 5 MOhms (min)
  • Reverse Breakdown Voltage, VR: 1R = 1µa 25 volts (typ)
  • Capacitance, C: VR = 0V 40 nF (typ)
  • Response Time, tr: RL = 500Ω, VR = 15V 15 nsec (typ)
