LASER COMPONENTS offers Deuterated Lanthanum α Alanine doped TriGlycine Sulphate (DLaTGS) detectors that are ideally suited for FTIR applications. Designed with the highest possible performance and the most effective pyroelectric effects, these detectors can be produced with any configuration, including VM configurations and CM configurations.
The pyroelectric detectors can also come in temperature-stabilized TEC versions supplied in TO-99 and TO-37 packages. These single-stage Peltier devices include a control thermistor for the purpose of tuning and keeping the detector in the operational sweet spot. Pyroelectric detector filter and window selections are available to define the spectral sensitivity of the device, as well as provide a reliable hermetic sealing of the optical interface between the detector and its environment.
