The HI-FAC-Series pulsed laser diodes (PLDs) are designed to operate at the 1550 nm wavelength with fast axis collimation 15/10/5 mrad options. These highly reliable PLDs feature up to 16 W of peak power, a hermetic package, and an extremely robust design.
