Nano-ZL-IX5 Series
The Nano-ZL-IX5 series are advanced Z-axis nanopositioning systems specifically designed for compatibility with Evident Scientific IX85 and FLUOVIEW™ inverted microscopes.
These piezo stages attach directly to the IX5-SSA microscope stage, maintaining the sample plane distance, and offer travel ranges of up to 500 μm. Featuring a large center aperture, they can accommodate a wide variety of samples, including incubators, multiwell plates, petri dishes, and 75 mm slides. This makes them ideal for high-precision applications such as confocal imaging and advanced microscopy.
Equipped with Mad City Labs’ exclusive PicoQ® position sensor technology, the Nano-ZL-IX5 ensures absolute and repeatable position measurement with nanometer or better resolution under closed-loop control. The system comes with the Nano-Drive®C closed-loop controller, which integrates the driving amplifier, sensor electronics, and feedback control. The controller also provides analog and digital control options, supported by a comprehensive package including the ACZLFS frame holder, BNC cable, and BNC-SMB adapter.
The Nano-ZL-IX5 is compatible with cellSens software and selected third-party software, offering flexibility and integration for diverse microscopy setups. It supports signal input via FV30-analog or RTC/RTCE using the included accessories, ensuring seamless operation across platforms.
