InGaAs Linear Photodiode Arrays: LDB/LSB Series


The LDB/LSB Series from Sensors Unlimited generally is used for monitoring optical performance of S, C, & L band channels in DWDM networks, and for agricultural sorting, biomedical analysis, thermal imaging, and industrial process control.

The LDB/LSB arrays are hybridized with CMOS readout integrated circuits (ROIC) of SUITM exclusive design for maximum noise immunity and sensitivity. Each product is produced with 256 (LDB & LSB) and 512 (LDB only) elements on 25 μm pixel pitch, and a pixel height of 250 and 500 μm. Two separate gains are selectable with a single input. These arrays are available with thermoelectric coolers for temperature stabilization and monitoring, and are telecommunication system reliable.
