InGaAs Linear Photodiode Arrays: LDB/LSB Series Datasheet

The LDB/LSB Series of high-resolution, linear InGaAs photodiode arrays are designed to monitor the optical performance of S, C, & L band channels in DWDM networks, and are used for agricultural sorting, biomedical analysis, thermal imaging, and industrial process control. Each product is produced with 256 (LDB & LSB) and 512 (LDB only) elements on 25 μm pixel pitch and a pixel height of 250 and 500 μm.
