High-Performance Quadrant Photodiode: AXUVPS7

The AXUVPS7 from Opto Diode is a high-performance quadrant photodiode designed for precise measurement of both electrons and photons over a broad spectral range.
With a total active area of 146 mm², the device features four independent 36.5 mm² quadrants and a center aperture specifically engineered for reflected back-scatter electron detection.
Built for speed and stability, the AXUVPS7 delivers fast response times and high sensitivity, making it ideal for demanding applications that require accurate, spatially resolved signal acquisition. The detector is optimized for electron energies from 100 eV to 50 keV, soft X-rays including 13.5 nm EUV, deep ultraviolet (DUV), and photon detection up to 1100 nm.
Each quadrant delivers excellent electrical performance, featuring 10 MΩ shunt resistance, low capacitance, and high breakdown voltage to ensure reliable operation in complex systems. The device is solderable and supports a wide range of operating conditions, including vacuum environments.
The AXUVPS7 is ideal for integration into electron microscopy, beamline diagnostics, EUV and X-ray monitoring systems, and advanced plasma research platforms.
