High Efficiency Double Spot (HEDS) Beam Splitter Datasheet

The new HEDS beam splitter is designed to separate an incoming laser beam into two identical beams with 97% efficiency, resulting in more than 48% with each beam. This splitter is available in wavelengths between 193 nm and 10.6 μm. HEDS is very sensitive to centering, but slight changes have no effect on spot shape or overall efficiency.
