Drones Will Change The World
By Laser Components
Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) are designed to navigate autonomously, delivering parcels and venturing areas that are inaccessible, unsuitable, or dangerous for humans to enter. In the case of large-scale disasters such as forest fires of chemical accidents, autonomous drones could be used to scan areas that do not allow direct access for emergency units. For autonomous flight, UAVs must independently detect obstacles and avoid them, monitoring their surroundings with LiDAR systems. This white paper discusses how the future of drones and UAV technologies will change the world we live in. Download the full paper for more on the subject.
