  1. Narrow Bandpass Filter Series
    11/4/2019

Schneider Optics offers a series of magnetron sputtered industrial narrow bandpass filters with steep slopes for sophisticated applications that require a sharp transition between high transmission and deep blocking at stable cut-on and cut-off wavelengths.

  2. Bandpass Filter Series
    11/4/2019

Schneider Optics offers a series of magnetron sputtered industrial bandpass filters with impressed steep slopes and high transmission at stable cut-on and cut-off wavelengths. They are ideal for use in metrology, 3D-measurement, food and beverage inspection, ophthalmology, and microscopy applications.

  3. UV-IR-Cut/Protection Filter Series
    11/4/2019

Schneider Optics offers a series of UV-IR-cut filters designed to transmit VIS light while blocking UV and IR light. With their choice wavelength ranges and ultra-low reflection coatings, they are ideally used to protect sensors, lenses, or complete measurement systems.

  4. Bilateral Telecentric Lenses Series For Matrix And Line Scan Cameras
    11/1/2019

Schneider Optics offers a series of bilateral telecentric lenses for matrix and line scan cameras in optical metrology applications. These lenses feature absolute distortion in the image plane to only a few micrometers, and can be focused on the image side in a range of +/- 3 mm.

  5. High-Resolution Line Scan Lenses: Macro Varon Series
    11/1/2019

Schneider Optics offers the Macro Varon and Macro Varon with a beamsplitter for PCB/ FPD/ OLED/ LED inspection, flat glass inspection, quality control, wafer inspection, line scan, and other web and surface inspection applications. They are ideally suited for 12k line scan with pixel sizes from 3.5 μm up to 5 μm.

  6. Helical Focusing Mounts: Unifoc Series
    10/31/2019

Schneider Optics offers the Unifoc 58 and Unifoc 76 helical mounts used for focusing enlarging lenses that do not contain any internal focusing mechanism. They feature a total focus range (Z-axis travel) of 25.7 mm and differ only by their rear mount. The Unifoc 58 has a “male” T2 thread (M42 x 0.75). The Unifoc 76 has a “male” M58 x 0.75 thread.

  7. V38-Line Scan Series For Complex Web And Surface Inspections
    10/31/2019

Line scan imaging is most commonly used for complex web and surface inspections and therefore, require a camera and lens with smaller pixel sizes and increased sensor resolution. Makro-Symmar, Micro-Symmar, Componon, and Apo-Componon lenses are designed for industrial machine vision applications and satisfy even the most stringent requirements of next generation 12k line scan applications.

  8. Line Scan Lenses For Large Magnification: Xenon-Diamond Series
    10/31/2019

The Xenon-Diamond series comprises a family of line scan lenses specifically designed for large magnifications such as -2.6x or -3.5x. Optimized for the highest resolution and image quality, these compact and robust cameras are ideal for FPD inspection, PCB/OLED inspections, web and surface inspections, line scan, and other quality control applications.

  9. Line Scan Lenses: Xenon-Zirconia Series
    10/31/2019

Schneider Optics offers the Xenon-Zirconia series of lenses for a variety of line scan applications. These lenses are optimized for pixel size 5 μm for use with 12k (62.5 mm) line scan sensors but can also be used with 16k (82 mm) lines.

  10. High-Resolution, High-Speed Lenses For 16k Pixel Line Scan Sensors: Xenon-Sapphire Series
    10/31/2019

The Xenon-Sapphire series of high-resolution, high-speed lenses are designed for 16k pixel line scan sensors, with several models optimized for a certain magnification range. These lenses feature pixel size of 3.5 µm, and are compact, robust, and lockable in distance and apertures.
