Moritex Corporationmachine micro lenses (MLZ) are for use with 1/2 and 1/3 inch CCD camera's providing low TV distortion for machine vision, alignment and surface inspection applications.
They are compact, weigh less than 100g and provide high contrast, high resolution performance with eight different lens magnifications from 0.02x to 2.4x (min-max). A range of subject sizes can be imaged given the 10:1 zoom ratio. It provides 173mm of working distance for sufficient of room between the lens and the subject for robotic arms, machinery etc.
This product features a fully-adjustable iris, focus and zoom and options for integrated coaxial episcopic illumination & fully motorised operation MLZ lens are very versatile.
