VC BASE Smart CCD Camera Series

The VC BASE line of Smart Cameras was designed to deliver outstanding performance while reducing the amount of integrated components, thus reducing cost. Three models are available with varying resolutions and frame rates. These Smart Cameras are ideal for use in production facilities for production monitoring applications.

All three Smart Cameras in the VC BASE Series are available as color cameras. They share the same following features:

  • Asynchronous acquisition, program controlled or external trigger.
  • Processor: 3,200 MIPS, 400 MHz.
  • Up to 64 MB SDRAM image/data memory. 
  • Image display via 100 Mbit Ethernet to PC.
  • Interfaces: RS232 and 100 Mbit Ethernet.
  • Housing dimensions start with 80 x 45 x 20 mm, approx. 90 g.

VC4016 & VC4016/C

VC4018 & VC4018/C

  • high-speed shutter: up to 36,2 µs in steps of 62,4 µs
  • low-speed shutter: up to 2 s adjustable integration time

VC4019 & VC4019/C

  • 1/4" CCD sensor
  • resolution 640 x 480 Pixel
  • frame rate 32 fps                                                                                      
  • High-speed shutter: up to 36,2 µs in steps of 62,4 µs
  • Low-speed shutter: up to 2 s adjustable integration time
