Umicore Thin Film Products Introduces New Product Catalog

Product Catalogue “Consumables for PVD Applications” (evaporation materials and accessories) featuring new application guidelines and technical data.

This new product catalogue features evaporation materials and accessories like liners, filaments, boats, and quartz crystals that are used in today’s PVD processes.  It includes oxides, special mixtures, sulphides, selendies, fluorides, hydrophobic materials, color materials, metals, & precious metals used over a wide range of wavelength ranges.

The catalogue also includes valuable technical information such as density, melting point, evaporation type (e-gun or boat), recommended boat or liner material for a given material typically used film transparency, refractive index and extinction coefficient, recommended substrate temperature, ion assist recommendations and more.
