Lytron, Incries Copper Tube-Fin Heat Exchangers are ideal for applications that use water, EGW, or other common fluids as the coolant, these tube-fin heat exchangers deliver ultra-efficient heat transfer and maximum reliability in liquid-to-air cooling loops.

These units are fabricated by expanding heavy-walled copper tubing into copper cooling fins for precise metal-to-metal surface contact, silver brazing the liquid circuit and finally attaching the fan plate. Designed for OEM applications where appearance is important, these units are compact and electro-static dip painted for protection from corrosion. Each unit is 150 psi tested to provide leak-free reliability.

Eight different models of various sizes are available. Most units are supplied with an aluminum fanplate with preassembled fan mounting hardware. The fanplate accommodates common fan sizes and mounting flanges allow for installation into a cabinet or frame. Three inlet/outlet fitting options are available: straight tube, beaded tube and 37o flare nut.
