ZC&R Coatings for Optics (ZC&R), an Abrisa Technologies company, designs and manufactures innovative thin film coating solutions for 200 nm UV to 20 microns LWIR that deliver more than just stand out optical performance. The designs incorporate “fitness-for-use” considerations needed by many industrial, medical, semiconductor, sensing, imaging, defense, avionics, and other market applications to manage: harsh chemical exposure, autoclaving, thermal shock, UV/IR solar exposure, brazing, or provide attributes serving EMI shielding, anti-fogging/defrosting, easy cleanability, abrasion resistance, and more.

Available coating technologies include sputtering and Ion-Assisted Deposition (IAD) e-beam to deposit coatings on a variety of materials as: fabricated and polished glass, aluminosilicates, wafers, ceramics, quartz, filter glass, IR materials, polished metals, and customer furnished materials.
