The Optical Coherence Tomography Advanced Nanophotonic Engine (OCTANE) from Tornado Spectral delivers equivalent freespace optical performance in a nanoscale package. With no moving parts, OCTANE overcomes bulk-optic limitations to provide high performance at greatly reduced cost and size.
OCTANE uses photolithography and wafer-based fabrication techniques adapted for the visible and near-IR wavelength range.
OCTANE is the world’s first commercial OCT spectrometer-on-chip and a fully integrated optics engine. Customization options include high resolution or broad bandwidth preferences.
