The APX-SC0010 is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Broadband UV photodiode for ultraviolet source monitoring featuring a 1mm2 active area.
The robust, solar-blind device operates in the spectral range from 200 nm to 380 nm and can completely block out any wavelengths outside this range, including the visible spectrum. SiC photodetectors are extremely durable and can stand prolonged UV exposure in many applications.
