Hamamatsu’s S12158-01CT silicon PIN photodiode has high sensitivity to visible and NIR wavelengths, peaking at 960 nm. It also features a small chip-on-board package that is compatible with lead-free solder reflow processing. The S12158-01CT silicon PIN photodiode is suitable for applications such as free space optics (FSO), optical switches, and laser radar.
