The High Intensity Source Probe has been designed for measuring solids, pastes, powders and granular materials. The probe features a built-in light source and acts as a workstation, so samples can be placed directly on top of the unit. It also includes a petri-dish attachment to keep the samples in place, or the probe can be inverted to view samples in standard petri-dishes from above. Moreover, since the sample surface can be as large as 60mm, even course materials can be measured.
Developed for fluid analysis, the Multi-Purpose Fiber Optic Fixture accommodates a wide range of cuvettes—from short path (1mm) to long path (50mm). Also adaptable for use with slides, the fiber optic fixture allows end users to measure highly absorbing or very viscous fluids that are not suited to analysis using a standard cuvette or fiber optic transmission probe.
LabSpec Pro measures 15 x 4.4 x 12.5 inches, weighs a mere 15 pounds and comes equipped with a built-in handle and internal battery. Featuring a fiber-optic input, the LabSpec Pro measures liquids, powders and slurries. Its wavelength range from 350 nm to 2500 nm can penetrate plastic bags, bottles or glass vials, so samples can be tested in situ. LabSpec Pro features a landmark scanning time of 0.1 seconds and a sampling interval of 2 nm, making it ideal for non-destructive quality control applications. LabSpec Pro's chemically-resistant front panel, combined with the instrument's unique upright design, make it rugged and compact enough for use in virtually any environment.
