Quadrant Receiver: 1 mm InGaAs PIN with Four TIA's and AGC
CMC Electronics’ Quadrant Receiver is based on a 1mm diameter quadrant InGaAs PIN with four transimpedance amplifiers and externally controlled AGC. This quadrant receiver features 25 MHz bandwidth with a 1000 nm to 1600 nm spectral response and eye safe operating band (1550 nm). This quadrant receiver is ideal for position sensor, spot tracking, guidance, and free-space communication applications and CMC Electronics can customize this product to meet the customer’s packaging requirement.
CMC Electronics’ quadrant receiver is based on a 1mm diameter quadrant InGaAs PIN. It features a 1000 to 1600nm spectral response, a 1550nm Eye Safe operating band, an externally controlled AGC (providing 40dB dynamic range), a common cathode configuration, a 25 MHz bandwidth, and more. Additionally, this quadrant receiver is outfitted with GaAsFET input transimpedance amplifiers with overload input protection circuits for fast overload recovery.
