Diversified Technologies, Inc.state high-power pulse modulator features fast rise and fall times for use in ion implantation, high-energy physics, semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing and related applications. The PowerMod HVPM 20-150 is a solid state modulator that delivers up to 3 MW peak pulses (20 kV, 150 A) at up to 30 kHz and <0.2% insertion losses. Featuring 0.5 µs rise and fall times into a resistive load, 1 µs nominal pulse width and 0 to 30 kHz nominal pulse frequency, this 19" rack-mountable unti is fully air cooled and insulated. It operates on 110 VAC, 50-60 Hz, measuring only 19" x 30" x 24" and weighs 100 lbs.
