OPTILOAD Venturi Loaders are an efficient, mechanically simple, and quiet way to convey material to your molding machine.

  • EFFICIENT — Quickly and efficiently conveys virgin or regrind material.
     
  • STURDY AND LIGHT WEIGHT — Constructed of brushed stainless steel, the OPTILOAD is sturdy but light weight.
     
  • EASY TO INSTALL — Just supply compressed air and power and you are ready to load.
     
  • FULLY AUTOMATIC — A sensor starts and stops the conveying of material automatically.
     
  • QUIET — Motorless means quiet, and no motor brushes to replace.
     

STANDARD FEATURES include a Suction Wand to convey the material from the box to the receiver, and a Control Unit which regulates the air pressure and conveying rate.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS: Sight Glass, Suction Box, Bullet Magnet, Granulator Exhaust Assembly, Remote Filter, Bag Filter, Wand Vibrator, Load Timer, and "Out of Material" Alarm.
