The Model 7701 High Power OEM Laser Diode Driver is designed to drive pulsed or continuous wave (CW) diode loads for diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) laser applications

The Model 7701 High Power OEM Laser Diode Driver is designed to drive pulsed or continuous wave (CW) diode loads for diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) laser applications. It provides output current to 300 A peak, or 50 A CW into diode loads up to 250 V. The DB-25 interface connector allows for external control of CW/pulsed mode operation, pulsewidth, enable, current amplitude, current monitor, load voltage monitor, and crow-bar input/output (I/O) functions. The driver has a floating output, which can be configured to provide either positive output current for grounded cathode, or negative output current for grounded anode laser diodes.
