Ocean Optics, Inc.550 Spectrometer is an NIR-sensitive, high resolution fiber optic spectrometer that characterizes the spectral output of laser and laser diodes. It features a silicon linear CCD array with a special coating that extends the silicon array's responsivity into the NIR, specifically to the wavelength region from 1450-1650 nm. It has an optical resolution of ~0.6 nm and a pixel resolution of 0.15 nm. Software-controllable integration times can be set from 5 milliseconds to 60 seconds. This product comes with 32-bit Windows-based software.
