New Optical Tweezing Fiber Laser Introduced

Manlight, the French fiber laser specialist, recently released their new fiber based optical tweezing source.

The narrow linewidth of the OTS (Optical Tweezing Source) makes it a unique, optimized light source for all optical tweezing applications. The excellent beam quality and power stability make the Manlight fiber laser a multi-purpose tool.

The OTS is a compact CW fiber laser delivering output powers up to 20W with a near diffraction limited beam (M2 <1.1). These are offered by their North American representative, RPMC Lasers, Inc.

Manlight's patented injection technology allows the use of highly reliable broad area laser diode pumps for a cost-effective maintenance free operation. The all fiber design guarantees the robustness of the laser without any optical parts to align or to stabilize.

The simple integration of the system requires no after installation service.
