Brive, France — The Photonis Group announced the introduction of a new 13mm (.5 inch) round photomultiplier tube featuring a combination of high gain and low noise that covers the spectral range of 270-650 nm.

The XP1322 is designed for applications such as scintillation counting, high energy physics, life sciences, bioluminescence and more. The XP1322 offers a compact package with or without a matching VDN. In addition, the XP1322 is also available in a photon counting grade model.

The +HV VD307/A Voltage Divider is designed specifically for the XP1322 and offers optimum performance in a streamlined package. With the combination of the XP1322 and VD307/A, users can be detecting the lowest light levels in no time, according to the Photonics Group.
