Near-Ultraviolet (NUV) SiPM Datasheet

The Near-Ultraviolet (NUV) Silicon Photomultipliers (SiPMs) from First Sensor are solid-state silicon detectors with single photon sensitivity, and are optimized for near-ultraviolet light detection. Key features include a low operating voltage, high gain and low noise, and immunity to magnet fields. Typical applications include energy physics, medical diagnostics, nuclear medicine, homeland security, analytical instruments, and medical imaging.
