MWIR Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly Image Sensor Module: CD640-12-MW

Leonardo DRS’ CD640-12-MW is a compact (4.5 x 3.0 x 2.0 inches) IDCA MWIR image sensor module featuring HgCdTe technology for high sensitivity, 640 x 480 pixel resolution, 12µm pixel pitch, 14-bit corrected digital video, and low power (6 watts dissipation at room temperature).

This IDCA image sensor module is ideal for applications operating in climate extremes, in systems with restrictive SWaP requirements, and in mobile, portable, battery life constrained imaging applications. It provides a 25,000 hour mean-time-to-failure, a 72 dB output dynamic range, a readout noise of 150µV rms, a maximum pixel output rate of 20 MHz, and a 30 Hz/60 Hz nominal/120 Hz maximum frame rate.
