Multi-Pixel Photon Counters (MPPCs) and Modules Brochure

Hamamatsu offers new multi-pixel photon counters, or MPPCs, which are the photon-counting devices known as silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs). These specialized SiPMs feature high gain, high photon detection efficiency, high-speed response, excellent time resolution, wide spectral response range, and operate on a low voltage. MPPC modules are also provided for measuring light of the range from the photon counting region to the nanowatt region.
