PI’s H-811 miniature hexapod 6-axis positioner is designed with the options of standard, high-speed, vacuum, and high resolution configurations for research, industry, standard, vacuum, micro-manufacturing, medical, and tool control applications.
The H-811 positioner includes brushless DC motors that are ideal for high rotational speeds. The motors are accurately controlled and ensure high precision, smooth operation, a wear-free body, and a longer lifetime.
Additional H-811 features include:
- Travel ranges to ±17 mm / ±21°
- Load capacity to 5 kg
- Repeatability to ±0.06 µm
- Velocity to 20 mm/s
