Established in 1960, Micropump, Inc. is the originator of magnetically driven gear pumps, and is the market leader in sealless, low-flow gear pumps today. We specialize in OEM and Laboratory pump applications where precise fluid control is required; combining state-of-the-art manufacturing with unparalleled engineering expertise that is supported by over 40 years of experience.

We have a long history of supplying low flow fluid solutions to medical equipment manufacturers. These include hemodialysis, X-ray, body scanner and blood cooling equipment manufacturers. In addition, our bench top pump/drive solutions are used in many laboratories throughout the world.

Product Development and innovative designs have long been a trademark of Micropump. In addition to initiating magnetic gear drive technology, we are recognized as a leader in the development of engineered composite gear materials, electromagnetic drives, and injection molding of metal pump components. Our product development team can work with you to custom design a pumping solution that may be a simple modification to an existing product, or a brand new design.

Manufacturing Quality has been a hallmark of Micropump since its inception. Our high precision products serve not only the medical markets, but many other demanding markets, including the aircraft, ink jet printing, aerospace and industrial markets all of which demand top quality manufacturing processes. Micropump first implemented a Total Quality Control (TQC) program in 1981. Today, with the utilization of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods, employees are responsible for monitoring and controlling their own line functions. By 1996, both Micropump facilities obtained ISO 9000 Quality System certifications.

Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington USA with a wholly owned assembly, warehouse, and sales and customer service facility near Cambridge, England, Micropump supplies its products globally.
