The MicroProf® Vision combines a metrological measuring instrument with a powerful image processing system. This system, consisting of a highly accurate measuring sensor, industrial camera, industrial pattern recognition and special software package, automatically measures all relevant surface and structure parameters.
A simple script language allows the fully automated measuring process. As a result, the instrument can be operated by remote control, or complex measuring processes can be programmed and recalled by a simple key stroke. The system can be easily adapted to new measuring tasks.
