Micro-Hybrid IR Emitters
IR emitters from Micro-Hybrid allow for reliable and precise measurement results in NDIR gas analysis in a wide range of applications. The infrared emitters of the JSIR series are based on NAC or C-MOSI® MEMS and deliver true blackbody radiation characteristics.
The product line includes economy IR emitters for mass applications as well as high-end radiation sources for demanding measurement tasks. The hermetically sealed HermeSEAL variant is developed for use in harsh environments and at temperatures up to 190° C. Micro-Hybrid is the only company in the world to deliver bare emitter dies that can be integrated in any customer chip.
