Sensors Unlimited’s Non-ITAR, Low-Cost Micro-SWIR 640CSX Series of video cameras are ideal for commercial and military applications involving low-light-level imaging and imaging through atmospheric obscurants, such as fog, dust, and smoke. Other applications include covert surveillance, multi-laser spotting and tracking, and tasks with low SWaP (size, weight, and power) and high-sensitivity requirements. Its compact size also makes it ideal for integration into UAS, handheld, and soldier-mounted systems.
These mil-rugged cameras come in InGaAs (640SCX), and Legacy InGaAs (SU640SCX) models. Features include 640 x 512 pixel resolution, a 12.5 µm pitch, high sensitivity (0.9 to 1.7 µm spectrum response imager; NIR/SWIR from 0.7 to 1.7 µm), Automatic Gain Control (AGC), digital pixel binning, snapshot exposure, and much more.
The low-cost, non-ITAR Micro-SWIR 640CSX InGaAs cameras for commercial and military use offer 30 or 60 frames per second (fps) full frame rate with 1.5 W power consumption. Exposure times are user configurable from 200 μs to 33 ms, and scan modes are continuous with user configurable trigger modes.
The Legacy Micro-SWIR SU640CSX InGaAs cameras for commercial and military use offer 30 Hz full frame rates with 1.7 W power consumption. Exposure times are preconfigurable from 30 μs to 32 ms, with continuous scan modes.
