We provide dicing for a wide variety of materials including Alumina, Silicon, BGAs, Ferrite, all kinds of optical glasses including waveplates, beamsplitters, etalons and collimators, Germanium, Gallium Arsenide, PZT, InGaAs/InP, InGaP/GaAs, etc. – thicknesses from microns up to 1-2" depending on the material.

We dice with high precision from sub-millimeter up to 12 inches in size. No order is too small or too large.
