Low Mass XY Stage: MS-2000
Source: Applied Scientific Instrumentation
The MS-2000 Low Mass XY Stage is three-fourths the mass of a regular ASI stage, yet still maintains its high resolution, repeatability, and outstanding precision. Closed-loop DC servometers with high-resolution rotary encoders give the axes their precise control. This stage uses crossed-roller slides and high precision lead screws for smooth and accurate motion.
