Bedford, NH –  Laser Components USA, Inc. will once again feature its award winning FLEXPOINT series of products at ATX West, April 12-14, 2022. ATX is a leading automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing tradeshow. This annual event brings together thought leaders, suppliers, and experts, in shaping factories for the future. This year, 70 countries, 1300 exhibitors and 14,000 attendees will come together.
 
Like all of our products, our strength lies in the ability to offer custom FLEXPOINT modules. Whether for single pieces or series production, we develop and manufacture laser modules that are customizable to fit each specific need. Exceptional technology allows us to develop the shape of the housing, with integrated lens combinations responsible for the beam quality, using optics design software. This ensures that the driver of the laser diode works flawlessly. Every laser is evaluated and tested at different stations, where all of the parameters of the laser are assessed to ensure the highest quality. In May of 2021, we were honored as a silver award honoree for our FLEXPOINT MVpulse, by Vision Systems Design. Our FLEXPOINT MVpulse laser module combines two criteria of machine vision: Bright light with output powers up to 100 mW and class 2 eye safety. The electronics match acquisition frequency and illumination pulses to each other, enabling high output powers without the use of complex protective measures, and the module meets the requirements of laser class 1 or 2.
