InGaAs Image Sensors For NIR Imaging (G11097-0606S) Datasheet

The G11097-0606S is low-cost InGaAs image sensors with 64 x 64 pixels. With spectral sensitivity from 950 nm to 1700 nm, they are suitable for most NIR imaging applications that currently use more expensive, higher density image sensors. Such applications include thermal imaging, laser beam profiling, and NIR inspection.
