The LazerGuide is a rugged, compact, 10 mW laser line projector system operating at 635 nm; a 12 mW spot projector is also available. Designed for critical alignment in harsh environments, the devices project an intense beam that is visible in direct sunlight. Output power from the diode-laser-based systems remains stable for ambient temperature changes of 50°. Operating temperature range is -10° C to 40° C, and device lifetime is estimated at 25,000 hours. Modular line projector optics are housed in a sealed cell environmental enclosure.
