What are the important characteristics you should consider when partnering with a glass or optics provider?  Is just manufacturing a quality product enough?  Is timely delivery enough? While these are very important attributes, every supplier should be providing a quality component and shipping it on time.  We refer to these services as “free salt.” When you go into any restaurant, from a 3 star Michelin restaurant to a greasy dive, you don’t expect to pay for salt.
