SR 08s / SR 15x/OEM 45iE – Tailored for application scenarios
Like all the SR series lasers, the SR 08s with power up to 80W is designed with an integrated RF power supply and is hermetically sealed, making it ideal for the harshest of industrial environments; it will withstand dust, heat and water spray.

The SR 15x, a higher average power version of the SR 15i 9.3µm from Luxinar’s established SR series, with up to 150W average output power and 335W peak output power, offers fast processing capabilities and high-quality results for high-speed applications.

The OEM series of CO2 lasers represents a compact solution that integrates easily into industrial processing production lines. In response to market demand, Luxinar has developed the OEM 45iE, based on the 450W OEM 45iX, but with a separate RF for integration in machines where space is restricted.

SR AOM/SR 25i – Performance for all
The SR AOM series are sealed CO2 laser sources with an acousto-optic modulator (AOM) that improves edge quality in high-precision thin film-cutting applications that demand minimal heat-affected zones (HAZ). The range includes SR 10 AOM and SR 25 AOM, both available at a wavelength of 9.3µm and with rated powers of 150W for the SR 25 AOM and 75W for the SR 10 AOM. The AOM creates optical rise and fall times of less than 1µs to minimise unnecessary heat energy during processing compared with typical CO2 pulse rise/fall times of approximately 60µs; this creates a sharper cut with a reduced HAZ.

The SR 25i, with power up to 250W, is the highest-rated laser of the SR series from Luxinar. The unit’s simple control interface and compact mechanical design allow easy integration into laser-based processing machines used for cutting, marking, perforating and drilling, among others. Throughput, economy, flexibility and reliability are the main features of the SR series of CO2 laser sources.

OEM 65iX/OEM 100iX – Powerful stability
Luxinar will also feature its OEM 65iX (power output up to 650W) and OEM 100iX (up to 1000W) from the OEM series of sealed CO2 lasers. Both lasers provide seamless integration into industrial processing production lines, both with and without covers, and an integrated RF power supply, enabling the laser to generate short optical pulses with high peak power or quasi-CW output. They operate safely across a wide range of pulse widths and frequencies, including through acoustic regions and a broad range of coolant temperatures. The OEM series is ideal for processing textiles, paper, glass, wood, thin sheet metal, plastics and composite materials in the automotive, e-mobility, energy storage, food, packaging & labelling, plastics and textile industries.

“We’re thrilled to display our range of CO2 lasers and applications again at LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA,” said Baldwin Ding, Regional Managing Director (China). “On our stand we will present our products and processes and the benefits of working with a company that has been mastering lasers since 1998.”
