The FCI-InGaAs-XXM series of high-speed InGaAs photodiode arrays are designed with 4, 8, 12 and 16 channels. The IR sensitive photodetector arrays come standard on a wraparound ceramic submount and are designed for multichannel fiber applications based on standard 250 nm pitch fiber ribbon.
