High-Resolution Infrared Camera For Temperature Measurement Up To 3000^°C

DIAS Infrared expands its market leadership with fixed-mount infrared cameras for non-contact high temperature measurements in the iron and steel industry. The wide temperature measurement range and high accuracy of the DIAS cameras make them ideal for precise process control in a variety of metal manufacturing applications.

DIAS Infrared’s latest camera, the PYROVIEW 768N, incorporates a high resolution 768 x 576 pixel detector recording up to 50 images per second with a measurement range from 600 °C to 1500 °C. The PYROVIEW 768N camera operates in the near infrared range (NIR) at 0.8 - 1.1 µm in order to minimize the influence of emissivity variations on high temperature targets. A further innovation is availability of an optional continuous high-temperature measurement range from 1400 °C to 3000 °C.

Depending on environmental requirements of the application, cameras are available either in an aluminum compact housing (IP54) or robust stainless steel industry housing (IP65) with integrated water cooling, air purge and a protection window. The PYROVIEW 768N cameras are ideal in a variety of process monitoring and control applications, especially when combined with the DIAS PYROSOFT Automation software and a WAGO system.
