Although it has been replaced in an increasing number of applications by Nd:YVO4, Nd:YAG is still used widely in the laser and photonics industry. As a crystal maker, ITI is also an expert in producing YAG boules . We apply the same exacting standards and tight control that we use in the vanadate process to YAG production. We can provide crystals up to 250mm in length, with typical Nd dopant concentrations of 0.7% and 1.1%.
Crystals can be polished and coated to your specifications, or unfinished if you prefer to do it yourself.
