High Power Temperature Controller

Active power management of the output DC power supply reduces power dissipation, resulting in long term thermal drifts of less than 0.001° C. A proportional-integral control circuit meets temperature stabilization requirements for diode laser users. The unit displays pertinent TE cooler parameters on a four-line alpha/numeric display. The controller supports all standard temperature sensors, including thermistors, platinum RTD, AD590/592, and LM335 IC sensors, without the need for additional interface units.
