The DLD-100B diode laser drive provides output currents from 5 A to 40 A, with continuously variable pulse widths ranging from 12 ns to 1 µs, and frequencies variable from single shot to 1 MHz. The unit can operate at duty cycles up to 40%, and is optimized for range finder, LIDAR, illumination and other pulsed laser diode applications requiring high-speed, high-power pulsed output.
